I am extremely tired so this may not be as eloquent as I want it to be.
I am making some changes for the seventeenth hundred thousandth time.
I am going to slowly be eliminating certain foods from my diet while introducing others.
This week I will be omitting:
1. Candy and refined sugar (includes soda and baked goods).
2. Fast/fried food.
This week I will be adding:
1. 64 ounces of water a day
2. More tea than coffee!
